O'Connell's Guinness Bar

Now under new ownership since May 2008 O'Connell's Pub, Cafe and Restaurant is located adjacent to Cruises Street (the main pedestrian street) and off O'Connell Street (main street).

A family run business, O'Connell's boasts a comfortable Cafe, an extensive Pub and an outdoor all-weather Veranda. It offers something for everyone and we thoroughly enjoy looking after all our customers.

With a capacity of 300 people the Art-Deco themed bar attracts attention from far and wide. It includes a spectacular outdoor veranda leading onto a pedestrian street which makes it an ideal location for casual outdoor socialising. With an extensive cocktail and shots menu, this lively bar is perfect for an after-work pint or a late night-cap.

At night the pub transforms into one of Limerick's most animated and vivacious attractions with an electric lively atmosphere.

All major sporting events are shown in our large heated smoking section on our 2 8x6 foot screens and on 5 other plasma televisions both inside and outside the bar.
